Our Services
We grow and deliver fresh-cut centipede sod throughout coastal North Carolina, including Jacksonville, Camp Lejeune, and surrounding service areas. Service availability depends on location, route, and seasonal demand.
Quotes and Pricing
Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide and are subject to confirmation. Pricing varies with order volume, sod variety, delivery location, and seasonal conditions. A quote is not final until confirmed by us in writing.
Orders and Payment
Orders are confirmed once we agree on quantity, price, and delivery timing. Payment terms will be communicated at the time of order. Volume and contractor account pricing may be available for qualifying orders.
Delivery
We aim to provide next-business-day delivery within our standard service area for orders received during business hours, subject to current schedule and route availability. You are responsible for providing safe, accessible delivery and unloading access at the delivery address. Because sod is a perishable, living product, it should be installed and watered promptly after delivery.
Product Condition and Claims
Sod is a natural, living product harvested fresh for each order. Please inspect your sod at the time of delivery. Claims regarding visible defects must be raised at delivery. We cannot warranty results for installations we did not perform, including issues caused by improper site preparation, watering, or installation timing.
Cancellations
Because sod is cut to order, cancellations or changes must be made before harvesting and delivery scheduling. Contact us as early as possible to adjust an order.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to our products or services is limited to the amount paid for the sod giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
